A Performance Management System has been in practice for more than 10 years, covering goal setting, performance evaluation, performance development, which includes succession planning, training and development. Through regular performance assessments, we are able to identify the specific needs for all our employees and develop and implement training programs accordingly.

Our Performance Management System also ensures continual communication about work and performance issues.
